If you purchased an item in one of our BOUTIQUE:

Do you change your mind before using it? Don't hesitate to come and change it! If you can't find any other item that suits you, we'll give you a credit note that can be used in store or online, for 6 months. If, despite our vigilance, you discover a defect in your item, which can happen because our products are all made by hand, we will exchange it for you on site. As our products are unique pieces or manufactured in very small quantities, the same item may not be available. We will then refund your purchase by bank transfer within 48 hours.


If you purchased an item ONLINE:

A problem may arise, such as:

– The item received is not what you expected.

– The item never arrived at your place or arrived broken.

– The item received is not the one ordered.

– The item received has a manufacturing defect and broke quickly.

Contact us by message and we will be happy to resolve the problem very quickly and / or return the product to you as the case may be. We accept returns, exchanges and cancellations without problem.

Attention : A cancellation must be requested within 24 hours after the purchase but you have a period of 14 days after receipt of the order to return your purchase to us.

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged

Due to the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or faulty, we cannot accept returns for:

– Custom or personalized orders

– Items on sale or purchased with a promotional code

Conditions of returns & cancellations

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. The returned package is your responsibility until we have received it. If the returned item is not in the original condition, any loss in value is the buyer's responsibility.

The cost of postage, once the package has been shipped, will be retained in the event of a refund.
