REFUND POLICY
Our customers are our number 1 priority! If you are not happy, we are not happy either :) If you have purchased an item in one of our SHOPS: Change your mind before using it? Don't hesitate to come and change it! If you cannot find another item that suits you, we will give you a CREDIT CREDIT that can be used in store or online for 6 months.
If, despite our vigilance, you discover a defect in your item, which can happen because our products are all handmade, we will exchange it on site. As our products are unique pieces or made in very small quantities, the same item may not be available.
We will then refund your purchase by bank transfer within 48 hours. If you purchased an item ONLINE: A problem may arise, such as: – The item received is not what you expected. – The item never arrived at your home or arrived broken. – The item received is not the one ordered. – The item received has a manufacturing defect and broke quickly. Contact us by message and we will be happy to resolve the problem very quickly and/or return the product to you as appropriate. We accept returns, exchanges and cancellations without problem.
ATTENTION
A cancellation must be requested within 24 hours of purchase but you have 14 days after receipt of the order to return your purchase to us.
THE FOLLOWING ITEMS CANNOT BE RETURNED OR EXCHANGED
Due to the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, we cannot accept returns for:– Custom or personalized orders– Items on sale or purchased with a promotional code
RETURNS & CANCELLATIONS CONDITIONS
Return shipping costs are the buyer's responsibility. The returned package is your responsibility until we receive it. If the returned item is not in its original condition, any loss in value is the buyer's responsibility. The cost of shipping, once the package has been shipped, will be retained in the event of a refund.
